Here is the intro to an old TV show called The Roaring Twenties, which aired on the ABC network in the early 1960s. Dorothy Provine starred as Pinky Pinkham, the singer at the Charleston Club, in this hour-long series that dealt with newspaper reporters from the fictitious New York Record, such as Scott Norris (played by Rex Reason), Pat Garrison (played by Donald May), Duke Williams (portrayed by John Dehner), and copy-boy Chris Higby (played by Gary Vinson). Mike Road, previously on NBC's Buckskin western series, played police Lieutenant Joe Switoski.
